FABRIC
We offer Organic cotton as CORE fibre in wovens and knits.
Apart from that we offer other sustainable fibres like Linen, Hemp, Lenzing Tencel, Lenzing Modal, Peace silk, EcoVero, LivaEco etc
Majorly our clothing related fabrics are
51-58 (129-147 cm) to
Bedding Related fabrics are 108-110 inches / to 274 – 279 cms.
In the case of natural Dyeing, we have a limited set of 8-10 shades.
We are offering the same only in case of light weight woven preferably less than 100 GSM
In the case of GOTS low impact dyeing/printing, we can work with Pantone References (TPX/TCX), except fluorescents.
Our textiles are usually pre-shrunk. Although, as a best practice, you can expect wovens to shrink 3-5% for and knits to shrink 7-9%
We would suggest to test any fabric for shrinkage before cutting the bulk fabric.

Once we have understood your requirement, we can give options if any from ready availability, if you are unable to meet the Mill MOQ s needed otherwise for new making of the same.
We can even share pics of the selected available options on WhatsApp for your easy reference before placing final swatch order.
You will be guided for charges to be paid (swatches + postal fee) once you have made the final selection.
No, we don’t have one.
There is a wide range we are trying to cover under ready availability but cannot guarantee availability of solid shades on regular basis.
Fabric availability varies with latest trend and possibility of making new smaller qtys again at that time etc, except few standard qualities which we try maintaining stock in RFD (Ready for dyeing form) on a regular basis.

GOTS low impact solid dyed/printed fabrics (woven) – 1,000 meters per shade/design
GOTS low impact solid dyed/printed fabrics (knitted) – 200 kilos per shade/design
Natural dyed/printed fabrics – 200 meters per shade/design
No minimum order quantity to buy from ready stock.

For Sewing,
We are trying to be flexible at sewing level,
Rather it depends more on new fabric making MOQ s
We can discuss possibilities on your styles, fabric involved in the making etc.

Usually, once the advance payment is received,
Custom Dyeing order takes 45-60 days
Custom weaving Order takes 60-75 days
Custom garment production takes up to 120 days.
Delivering from in-stock collection takes 3-5 working days
+ Transit time.
SUSTAINABILITY
Herbal Fab and all the units under it (stitching, spinning, dyeing, printing) are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards) certified.
Apart from that we are working with other independent GOTS certified units too for our yarn requirement, weaving etc.
